My very first mad Tea Party… filled with cucumber finger sandwiches, store-bought cookies, cupcakes that tasted like “cheap strawberry scented candles”, home-made pumpkin/cranberry/blueberry scones, mimosas, fresh-cut fruits, and teas of all sorts! And afterwards, we even ordered pizzas and watched Summer Wars. It’s a shame we forgot to take a group picture of our outfits… BUT.. my friend, Lisa, did a pretty kick-ass job at putting together a very last minute party. And according to her.. if anyone can pull together a last minute tea party out of her ass, it’s her. Precious.
